learnai.ro Applied AI education

Learn AI like a subject: structured, on real tasks, without the big promises.

LearnAI is an independent education programme in applied artificial intelligence. Online courses for your own career and live training for small teams. Every module says up front what you learn, how long it takes and what you can actually do afterwards.

We are launching: every email gets an answer with the schedule of the next group, the full outline and the price, in writing.

  • Online courses, at your own pace
  • Live training, 2–3 hours
  • Free resources, no account

01 Who it is for

Two kinds of people end up here. Both get a clear route.

One wants to learn for their own work. The other runs a small team and has no time for experiments. The content is the same; the pace and the format are not.

For you

You want to use AI in your work, not talk about it

You start where you are, even if so far you have opened a chatbot twice and closed the tab. Every lesson ends with something you can reuse for months: a way of phrasing the request, a checklist, a saved workflow.

  • No programming and no mathematics required.
  • Learn when you can: short lessons, exercises with solutions.
  • You know in advance what you will be able to do, written plainly.
For your company

You have a small team and want people to work faster, correctly

The training is built for companies where everyone does a bit of everything: 3–12 people, no innovation department and no pilot-project budget. We bring one short session, built on your real workflows, not a presentation about the future of work.

  • Sessions of 2–3 hours, not six-month programmes.
  • A price per session, sent in writing beforehand.
  • Examples from your own work, chosen together in advance.

02 Online courses

Three courses, in the order that makes sense

They work on their own, but they were written as one path. Courses run in small groups, so that we can keep answering questions. For now, you reserve a place on the list by email.

Level 1 · Beginner Foundations

AI foundations for everyday work

What a language model actually is, what it can and cannot do, and how to ask for something so that the answer is usable without a rewrite.

  1. What a language model is and what it is not
  2. How to write a complete request in one go
  3. Checking the answer: sources, typical errors, invented facts
  4. Tasks that suit AI and tasks that do not
  5. Personal and confidential data: what you never type in
~5 hours, at your pace No prior knowledge
Level 2 · Intermediate Writing

Writing and research with AI

Texts that come out right on the second attempt, not the tenth: emails, proposals, procedures, long summaries and research you can verify.

  1. From draft to final text: the shape of a good request
  2. Emails, proposals and reusable standard replies
  3. Summaries of long documents without losing the meaning
  4. Research with sources: how to ask and how to check
  5. Tone and consistency across everything you publish
~6 hours, at your pace After Level 1 or equivalent
Level 3 · Intermediate Automation

No-code automation

You take the task you repeat every week and turn it into a workflow that runs on its own — including the part where you decide what not to automate.

  1. How to pick the task worth automating
  2. Accessible tools and how to connect them
  3. Building your first workflow, step by step
  4. What to do when the workflow gets it wrong: checks and limits
  5. Cost, upkeep and when it is simply not worth it
~7 hours, at your pace No programming
In preparation

AI for data and reports

The fourth course is being written: spreadsheets, cleaning up data, reports that repeat every month and charts you can explain in a meeting. We announce it on the list as soon as it has a start date.

03 Team training

Training for small teams, not for large org charts

In a ten-person company nobody has “transformation projects”. They have invoices to send, proposals to write and a pile of email. The session starts there: three real tasks, chosen by you in advance and solved live, with the team watching the screen.

Tell us how many you are and what you do, and we reply with a proposed agenda and the price of the session, in writing. No sales call first.

Format
Live session, online or at your office. 2–3 hours, with a break.
Group
Up to 12 people, so that everyone gets to work, not just to listen.
Preparation
A 20-minute call beforehand, where we choose the three real tasks together.
What stays with you
A worksheet, the requests used during the session and a one-page set of internal usage rules.
Cost
A price per session, sent in writing beforehand. No subscription, no retainer, no licences to sell you.
Follow-up
A short question-and-answer session two to three weeks later, included.

Topics we can cover

Quotes and client correspondence · internal documentation and procedures · marketing and content · sorting and summarising documents · rules for handling data inside the team. We choose together, depending on what eats your time.

04 Free resources

Start without paying anything

The materials below are being written now and go out by email as they are finished. No account, no platform, no conditions. If they are not useful to you, one word is enough and we take you off the list.

  • Guide: what a language model can and cannot do

Explained in plain words, with examples of tasks that work and tasks where it predictably goes wrong.

  • 20 ready-made requests for office work

Wordings you copy and adapt: emails, summaries, meeting notes, descriptions, replies to complaints.

  • Checklist: confidential data and AI

One page you can pin to the wall: what you never paste into a public tool and what to ask before you do.

  • The LearnAI letter

One email every two weeks: an applied example, a common mistake and a tool we have actually tested. Stop any time.

05 How we work

The same method, in courses and in training

We do not start with the history of artificial intelligence and we do not end with a list of fashionable tools. We start with a task you have to do anyway.

  1. We start from a real task

Not from a tool. We pick something you do weekly and that costs you time.

  2. We solve it live

You see it being built step by step, including the attempts that fail first.

  3. We check the result

Everything that comes out goes through a simple review, so you do not pass on mistakes.

  4. You keep a repeatable workflow

At the end you have the steps written down, not a pleasant memory of a demo.

06 Frequent questions

What people ask most often before enrolling

Do I need to know how to program?

No. None of the courses require code, mathematics or technical background. You need a computer, a connection and a task you want to finish faster.

Which tools do we use?

Common, publicly available tools, with free tiers where they exist. We do not sell licences, we are not resellers and we take no commission from anyone. If a free version is enough for what you need, that is exactly what we will tell you.

Are the courses live or recorded?

The online courses are recorded and you go through them at your own pace, with exercises and worked solutions. Team training is always live, because half of its value sits in your questions.

How much does it cost?

Prices are sent in writing, by email, depending on the course or the format. For companies the price is per session and you get it before any discussion, so you can tell quickly whether it makes sense for you.

Do you work with large companies?

The format is built for small teams. Above roughly twenty people things change: internal policies, approvals and a different kind of programme. We prefer to say so from the start rather than after a contract is signed.

Do I get a diploma?

You receive a certificate of participation from LearnAI. It is not an accredited diploma and we do not pretend otherwise. What matters in practice is the workflow you leave with.

Can you invoice a company?

Yes, both for the online courses and for the training. Send your billing details in the email and we use them when issuing the invoice.

What language are the courses in?

The online courses are taught in Romanian, with technical terms also given in English so that you can follow the original documentation of the tools. Team training can be delivered in English on request.
