LearnAI is an independent education programme in applied artificial intelligence. Online courses for your own career and live training for small teams. Every module says up front what you learn, how long it takes and what you can actually do afterwards.

01 Who it is for
One wants to learn for their own work. The other runs a small team and has no time for experiments. The content is the same; the pace and the format are not.
You start where you are, even if so far you have opened a chatbot twice and closed the tab. Every lesson ends with something you can reuse for months: a way of phrasing the request, a checklist, a saved workflow.
The training is built for companies where everyone does a bit of everything: 3–12 people, no innovation department and no pilot-project budget. We bring one short session, built on your real workflows, not a presentation about the future of work.
02 Online courses
They work on their own, but they were written as one path. Courses run in small groups, so that we can keep answering questions. For now, you reserve a place on the list by email.
What a language model actually is, what it can and cannot do, and how to ask for something so that the answer is usable without a rewrite.
Texts that come out right on the second attempt, not the tenth: emails, proposals, procedures, long summaries and research you can verify.
You take the task you repeat every week and turn it into a workflow that runs on its own — including the part where you decide what not to automate.
The fourth course is being written: spreadsheets, cleaning up data, reports that repeat every month and charts you can explain in a meeting. We announce it on the list as soon as it has a start date.
03 Team training
In a ten-person company nobody has “transformation projects”. They have invoices to send, proposals to write and a pile of email. The session starts there: three real tasks, chosen by you in advance and solved live, with the team watching the screen.
Tell us how many you are and what you do, and we reply with a proposed agenda and the price of the session, in writing. No sales call first.

04 Free resources
The materials below are being written now and go out by email as they are finished. No account, no platform, no conditions. If they are not useful to you, one word is enough and we take you off the list.
Explained in plain words, with examples of tasks that work and tasks where it predictably goes wrong.
Wordings you copy and adapt: emails, summaries, meeting notes, descriptions, replies to complaints.
One page you can pin to the wall: what you never paste into a public tool and what to ask before you do.
One email every two weeks: an applied example, a common mistake and a tool we have actually tested. Stop any time.
05 How we work
We do not start with the history of artificial intelligence and we do not end with a list of fashionable tools. We start with a task you have to do anyway.
Not from a tool. We pick something you do weekly and that costs you time.
You see it being built step by step, including the attempts that fail first.
Everything that comes out goes through a simple review, so you do not pass on mistakes.
At the end you have the steps written down, not a pleasant memory of a demo.
06 Frequent questions
No. None of the courses require code, mathematics or technical background. You need a computer, a connection and a task you want to finish faster.
Common, publicly available tools, with free tiers where they exist. We do not sell licences, we are not resellers and we take no commission from anyone. If a free version is enough for what you need, that is exactly what we will tell you.
The online courses are recorded and you go through them at your own pace, with exercises and worked solutions. Team training is always live, because half of its value sits in your questions.
Prices are sent in writing, by email, depending on the course or the format. For companies the price is per session and you get it before any discussion, so you can tell quickly whether it makes sense for you.
The format is built for small teams. Above roughly twenty people things change: internal policies, approvals and a different kind of programme. We prefer to say so from the start rather than after a contract is signed.
You receive a certificate of participation from LearnAI. It is not an accredited diploma and we do not pretend otherwise. What matters in practice is the workflow you leave with.
Yes, both for the online courses and for the training. Send your billing details in the email and we use them when issuing the invoice.
The online courses are taught in Romanian, with technical terms also given in English so that you can follow the original documentation of the tools. Team training can be delivered in English on request.
